摘要
上海烟草公司科教中心工程采用了预应力管桩,预应力楼盖及钢结构。文中着重对不同钢筋混凝土楼盖布置方案的经济性和实际应用效果进行了分析对比,并介绍了对楼盖预应力的施加效果进行的现场测试工作。同时,还对预应力管桩和钻孔灌注桩的选用进行了经济上及施工应用的对比,相关结构设计的经验可供类似工程的设计参考。
The structural design of an official building in Shanghai was introduced, in which prestressed pipe piles, prestressed floors, and the steel structure were used. The economy and the practicality of different floor framing systems were analysed and compared in detail, and the construction effect of the prestressed floor was tested in situ. Mean while the economy and the construction practicality of the prestressed pipe pile and driven east-in-place pile were analysed. The contents presented can be used for the reference in design of similar projects.
