摘要
随着2mm以下冷弯超薄壁型钢结构在国内外的快速发展,自攻螺钉作为这类结构最主要的连接方式,其连接性能的研究日益受到重视。文中简述了自攻螺钉受力机理及几种抗剪破坏模式,介绍了美国、澳洲、英国及中国规范对自攻螺钉连接的承载力设计方法,就国内外对自攻螺钉连接的研究现状作了综述和分析,最后指出了目前尚存在的问题及需要进一步研究的工作。
Along with fast development of cold-formed super thin-wall (under 2mm) steel structure around the world, research of connection behavior with self-drilling screw as a main connection way is increasingly concerned. In this paper, bearing mechanics and several shear failure modes of self-drilling screw connections are briefly summarized. The state-of-art on self-drilling screw connection research and the design methods of self-drilling screw connection in the related codes of America, Australia, Britain and China are comparatively reviewed. Finally, some problems needed to be further studied are given and discussed.
