摘要
2002—2006年在对呼和浩特地区杜松死亡原因调查的过程中,从死亡的树干内发现了罹病致死的双条杉天牛幼虫。通过对虫体内病原真菌的分离与鉴定,确定为球孢白僵菌。经管氏肿腿蜂带菌接种与人工接种方法的室内致病力测定,在22~25℃条件下饲养30d,双条杉天牛幼虫感病致死率分别为100%、58.22%,证明球孢白僵菌是双条杉天牛的病原菌。同时,利用管氏肿腿蜂带菌接种,菌剂使用浓度低,虫菌结合能显著提高双条杉天牛幼虫的感病致死率。
During investigating the cause of death of Juniperus rigida in Huhhot from 2002 to 2006, the dead larva of Semanotus bifasciatus have been found in the dead trunks. Through isolation and identification, the pathogenic fungi were determined as Beauvevia bassina. According to determining the indoor pathogenic ability under inocula- ting with Sclernderma guani and artificial inoculation, after breeding 30 days at 22 - 25℃, the death rates of Semanotus bifasciatus are 100% and 58.22% separately, which can be proved that Beauveria bassiana is the pathogenic fungi for Semanotus bifasciatus. At the meantime, the concentration of fungi is low by inoculating with Sclernderma guani , and the combination of insect and fungi can obviously improve the death rate of larva of Semanotus bifasciatus.
