摘要
从1998年开始实施的天然林保护工程,到2010年到期。如何评价天然林保护工程实施的成效,建立科学有效的评价体系,是本文探讨的主题。本文试图从社会、经济、生态3个方面建立一套评价体系,为评价天然林保护工程实施的成效服务。
The natural forest protection project started in 1998 will be finished in 2010. The theme which is discussed in the article is how to evaluate the implementation effects of natural forest protection project and build a scientific and effective evaluating system. An evaluating system on society, economic and ecological aspects is tried to be built for evaluating the implementation effect of natural forest protection project.
