摘要
本文采用气相色谱法,用HP-5(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm)毛细管柱,以邻苯二甲酸二丙烯酯为内标物,用氢火焰离子化检测器对甲基嘧啶磷进行定性定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为0.9993,标准偏差为0.21,变异系数为0.43%,平均回收率为99.53%。
A method for separation and determination of pirimiphos-methyl by GC with HP-5 （30m×0.32mm×0.25um） capillary column, diallyl phthalate as internal standard and FID detector was described. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 3, the standard deviation was 0.21, the coefficient of variation was 0.43%, the average recovery was 99.53%.
