摘要
永磁磁藕调速装置是一种新型调速设备,具有结构简单,环境适应性强,占地面积小,易改造等特点。针对嘉兴发电厂锅炉300kW高压水泵B电机的永磁调速驱动装置性能调整试验过程,介绍永磁磁藕调速装置的设计原理、系统构成、现场调整试验。经采用永磁调速驱动装置后,实现系统安全、经济的运行方式。
permanent-magnet coupling speed regulating device is a new type one. It has simple structure, environmental adaptability, small space-requirement, easy transformation, etc. This essay will introduce the design principle, system components and the adjustment experiment itself based on the experiment process of adjusting the permanent-magnet coupling speed regulating device of a 300kw high pressure water pump's motor in Jiaxin power plant. It shows that we will achieve the security and economical efficiency of the system operation by using the permanent-magnet coupling speed regulating device.
