在新型火炮增程弹药适配试验中出现引信异常失效,针对回收零件呈现受过多次横向冲击的变形等异常效果,建立了一种"等效实际响应,不等效实际激励"的等效模拟循环锤击故障排查试验方法。引信激励测试结果证实存在炮口异常冲击,并有很大的横向分量,验证了该方法的合理性,为引信分析原因、改进设计提供了一种经济、快捷的实验室试验方法。

Fuze anomalous failures occurred in the adaptability test of extended-range ammunition to a novel gun. According to the anomalous effects of the test such as component deformation as a result of the repeated transverse impact,a fault elimination test method of equivalent simulation for cycling hammering is established,which adopts the theory of ＂equivalent actual response,and inequivalent actual stimulus＂. Results of the fuze stimulus test show the occurrence of anomalous impact and large transverse component to fuzes, which proves that the given method is responsible and can be used as economical and fast library test method for analyzing fuze failures and improving the design of fuzes.
