摘要
针对无线电引信信号处理电路焊接装配质量及模拟电路参数散差引起的早炸问题,采用厚膜混合集成技术将引信信号处理电路进行集成,电路部件的装配质量得以提高,电路参数集中,使炮弹无线电引信可靠性和可生产性均大幅度提高。
The poor welding assembly quality of radio fuzes signal processing circuits and the analog circuits parameters aberration will cause the premature explosion of projectile radio fuze. The thick-film hybrid integration technology is used to solve the problem. In this paper, the circuits assembly quality is improved and the circuits parameters are focusing by the utility of HIC, thus the reliability and manufacturability of projectile radio fuze are sharply improved.
