摘要
微机电技术是实现引信小型化和引信功能拓展的关键技术之一。综述微机电技术在精确打击弹药引信、灵巧弹药引信、防空反导引信、轻武器面杀伤弹药引信、水中高效毁伤弹药引信应用现状。利用微机电技术实现引信微小型化提高弹药的高效毁伤能力,识别发射环境和目标,提高引信的信息利用水平,提高引信的智能化水平,实现引信功能多样化和扩展化,实现引信系统通用化、系列化和组合化。对比我国微机电技术在引信中的应用与国外技术在三维加速度传感器、微型卫星定位信号接收机、微型惯性测量组合、射频MEMS器件等方面的差距,指出了我国加速发展微机电技术在引信中应用的必要性。
MEMS technology is one of the key technologies of fuzes miniaturization and function expansion. This paper summarizes the MEMS technology's application on fuzes of precision strike munation, smart munition, antiair munition, area-killing munition and underwater high efficiency destroy munition. MEMS technology can be utilized to achieve fuze's miniaturization, so as to realize munition's high efficiency killing ability,firing environment and target recognition ability,which will promote the intelligent information utilizing level of fuzes. The utility of MEMS technology can also achieve the function's diversification and expansion of fuzes, and generalization, seriation and unitization as well. This paper also compares the domestic MEMS application with that of abroad on three dimentional acceleration sensor, micro-GPS receiver, miero-IMU and RF MEMS device, points out the necessity of domestic MEMS application research on fuzes.
