摘要
由一带离心自毁机构引信自毁时间出现偏短的试验结果出发,从引信结构参数和加工质量、射角、气象条件、身管状态等方面入手,着重用方差分析法对身管状态进行显著性检验,探讨引起引信自毁时间异常的因素,在逐一排除了其他因素后,通过射击回收的方法发现弹带有异常飞边,找出了问题的原因。
In view of the short duration in the test of a fuze's self-destruction time, we discussed the possible fac- tors such as fuze structure and processing quality, the angle of fire, weather and barrel conditions. Meanwhile, we used the method of variance analysis to process significance test for different barrel conditions on the malfunctio- ning of fuze self-destruction. After eliminating some other possibilities,we retrieved the fired shell which has ab- normal band with fin, and finally found the real cause of the problem mentioned above.
