摘要
碱性锌锰电池通过工艺改良可作二次电池使用。讨论了可充碱性锌锰电池正负极的充放电反应机理以及过充电和过放电对电池的影响;介绍了这种可充电池的电极设计、配方和工艺改进方法;比较了可充LR6电池和普通LR6电池的充放电性能;通过对碱性锌锰电池几方面的改良,电池的充放电循环寿命可达到100次以上。最后分析了可充碱性锌锰电池存在的问题和解决方案。
Through improving the process technology, primary alkaline battery can be recharged as secondary battery. The charge-discharge reaction mechanism for rechargeable alkaline Zn-MnO2 battery and the effects of over-charge/over-discharge on battery performance were discussed. The electrode design and formula, the process improvement for the rechargeable Zn-MnO2 battery were introduced in this paper. And the charge/discharge performance of rechargeable LR6 battery was compared with that of normal LR6 battery. It was pointed out that, by improvement, the cyclic life of alkaline rechargeable Zn- MnO2 battery could be over 100 times. Finally, the existing problems and resolving methods of reehargeable alkaline Zn-MnO2 battery were analyzed.
