军蛭煎剂对小鼠胸腺、脾脏重量指数及组织结构影响的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨军蛭煎剂对小鼠胸腺、脾脏重量指数及脾脏组织结构的影响。方法:将昆明种6月龄小鼠60只随机分为正常对照组、模型组、VE胶丸组(20mg/kg)、军蛭煎剂大剂量组(56.8mg/kg)、军蛭煎剂中剂量组(28.4mg/kg)、军蛭煎剂小剂量组(14.2mg/kg)。模型组和给药组每天腹腔注射D-半乳糖125mg/kg,正常组注射等量生理盐水,连续注射5w。5w后取材,称重,制备光镜标本。用电子天平称胸腺、脾脏湿重,以每10g体重中胸腺或脾脏所占重量(mg/10g)表示胸腺、脾脏重量指数。结果:与模型组比较,军蛭煎剂各剂量组和VE胶丸组小鼠脾指数和胸腺指数增加,脾脏显微结构改善。结论:军蛭煎剂具有改善D-半乳糖致衰小鼠免疫器官结构的形态学损坏,提高免疫器官重量指数的作用。 Objective: To observe the effect of Junzhi Jianji on weight indices of thymus gland and spleen and histological structure of spleen of aging mice. Methods: 60 Kunming mice of 6 months were divided into 6 groups randomly: control group, model group, VE group, Junzhi Jianji group 1 (high dosage), group 2 (middle dosage), group 3 (low dosage) . Demencia model mice were made by intraperitoneally injecting D-glacatose once a day for successive 5 w, while the mice in control group were injected with the same amount of physiological saline. 5 w later, the weights of spleen and thymus gland of mice were measured, histological structure of spleen was observed by light microscope. Result: Compared with model group, weight indices of spleen and thymus gland were increased and morphology impairment of histological structure of spleen was improved in every treatment group. Conclusion: Junzhi Jianji could increase weight indices of inunune organs and improve morphology impairment of histological structure of spleen.
