新疆塔河油田1038名石油工人代谢综合征调查

Survey on prevalence situation of metabolic syndrome in 1038 oil workers of Tahe oilfield in Xinjiang

目的了解新疆塔河油田石油工人代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)的患病情况及流行特征,为加强高血压、高血糖、血脂异常等高危人群健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法,于2007年5月-8月对新疆塔河油田的4个基地工作2年以上共计1038名男性工人,进行问卷调查、体格检查及相关代谢指标的测定。MS主要采用2005年国际糖尿病联盟(IDF)的诊断标准。结果被调查人群MS的检出率为21.4%,40～49岁年龄段最高,检出率达9.2%,并且MS患者与未诊断为MS人群的各项代谢指标均有明显差异。血压升高、甘油三酯(TG)升高、空腹血糖升高、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)降低在MS患者中的发生率分别为50.0%、87.8%、67.6%及35.6%。MS患者中仅有两个代谢异常的占63.5%,有3个组分异常的占28.8%,而4个组分均异常占6.3%。结论被调查人群MS检出率较高,40～49岁年龄段是MS的高危人群,且在MS患者中甘油三酯升高最常见,应作为MS中重点人群,加强健康教育,采取相应防治措施,降低石油工人的MS发病率。

Objectives To describe the prevalence situation of metabolic syndrome （MS） in Tahe oilfield and to provide a scientific data to enhance health education to patients with hypertension, high blood sugar,blood lipid abnormalities. Methods With random cluster sampling method, 1038 male workers,who had worked for at least two years from four districts in Tahe oilfield of Xinjiang from May to August, 2007 were enrolled in this survey. They were conducted questionnaire survey, physical examination and determination of related metabolic indicators. MS was mainly applied with the diagnostic criteria of the International Diabetes Federation in 2005. Results The detection rate of MS were 21.4% in male workers. 40-49 age group was the highest and amount to 9.2%. Their metabolisms were significant differences in MS. The detection rate of hypertension,hypertriglyeerid-emia, abnormal fasting plasma glucose, hypoalphalipoproteinemia were 50.0%, 87.8%, 67.6%, 35.6% respectively. Among MS individuals,of which 63.5% incorporated only two metabolic abnormities,28.8% incorporated three metabolic abnormities and 6.3% had four metabolic abnormities. Conclusion The detection rate of MS is very high in surveyed people. 40-49 age group is at higher risk. Hypertriglyceridemia is the most frequent metabolic abnormity among MS individuals. They should be focus in the people with MS to strengthen health education and take control measures to reduce the incidence of MS in oil workers.
