骨髓间充质干细胞治疗心力衰竭研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 充血性心力衰竭是各种心血管疾病发展最终的一种临床综合征，其发病与有功能的心肌细胞数量减少和进行性心室重塑有关。尽管目前有研究表明心肌细胞可发生有丝分裂，但发生分裂增生的细胞数量少，不能代偿坏死和凋亡的心肌细胞功能。
