摘要
人类老龄化,交通事故,体育外伤和骨质疏松症等疾病均可导致骨的异常吸收和破坏。异常骨吸收是骨代谢异常的疾病,表现为成骨细胞和破骨细胞的功能失调,其结果为骨吸收超过骨形成而导致骨的缺损和破坏。颌骨是全身骨骼中代谢最旺盛、改建最活跃的部分,
