Application and Exploration of Task-based Instruction in Oral English Teaching for College Students from Secondary Technical Schools

英语口语能力的培养是高职院校英语教学的重要内容之一。本文分析了高职英语口语教学的现状,阐述了任务型教学法在口语课堂教学中的实践与探索,并从教学实践中总结经验、吸取教训,探索出更合适的路子,以便更好地培养学生的口语能力,让他们能够适应涉外市场对高职毕业生的需求。

Cultivating students＇ speaking ability is one of the important parts in English teaching of higher vocational education. In the article, the author has analyzed the current situation of oral English teaching in vocational colleges, stated the application of task-based teaching in oral English classroom teaching for students from secondary technical schools; and then summed up the experience to find out feasible measures, so as to foster students＇s oral English more effectively, enable them to meet the requirements of international market.
