The second classroom activity is an indispensable part in ther university English teaching system, it develops and extends the classroom teaching. With great efforts to encourage the all-around development, today the English second classroom has catered to the modem university English education need by its rich content and form, thus became the important way to develop the talented persons which have the innovative spirit and the practical ability synthesis. This article discussed the necessity, the significance and the execution method which construct the second classroom in the university English education, and proposed the questions and the relative countermeasures when it was developed the second classroom activities.
