随着旅游企业间竞争的不断加剧,旅游企业中人才的竞争越来越成为企业间竞争的制胜法宝,加强旅游企业人力资源的绩效管理,尽快消除绩效考评中的不利因素,建立科学的绩效管理体系,将成为旅游企业构筑人才竞争力的有力手段。
As competition among tourist enterprises becomes more and more fierce, the talents of all the tourist enterprises become a magic weapon for winning the competition. Strengthening the performance management of tourism human resource management, eliminating the negative factors of performance evaluation and establishing scientific performance management system will become effective ways for tourist enterprises to gain talent competition.
