关于学报“编辑学者化”问题的思考

On the Scholarization of Editors in the Academic Journal

编辑学者化是学报发展的客观需求。编辑学者化要得到落实,必须加强其实践上的可操作性。学报编辑的学者化应以编辑为本位,应根据学报需要和编辑从事学术研究的客观条件,寻求具有编辑特色的学者化之路。

It is the objective demand of academic joumal＇s devel themselves. In order to make sure, the feasibility in practice must be opment for editors to strengthened. In the scholarize process of scholarization, editors should still take editing as their main work while searching an editorcharacteristic scholarizing way in accordance with the need of the academic joumal and the objective conditions of editor academic research.
