人工晶体植入后房水中甲基纤维素的残留

TX Residue of methylcellulose in aqueous humor following intraocular lens implantation

为测定人工晶体植入后房水中甲基纤维素的残留量，用日本产日立Ｕ—３４１０紫外分光光度仪测量了２６眼人工晶体植入后注吸前及注吸２ｍｌ、５ｍｌ、１０ｍｌ时房水中甲基纤维素的百分比浓度。结果注吸前后不同的百分比浓度分别为：４７．５６％、３２．７４％、１３．９３％及６．７６％。

o determine the residue of methylcellulose(MC)in aqueous humor following intraocular lens(IOL)implantation.Methods:Percentage concentration of MC in aqueous humor of twenty six eyes performed on IOL implantation was measured by U-3410 Ultraviolet Spectrophotometer before and after irrigation with BSS by 2ml,5ml and 10ml.Results:The different percentage concentration of MC were 4756%,3274%,1393% and 676%.Conclusion:The amount of irrigation is in inverse proportion to the residue of MC in aqueous humor.
