摘要
高职院校根据自身实际科学构建具有激励效用的薪酬模式,对充分调动教师工作积极性和创造性、促进高职院校健康发展极为关键。简述薪酬、薪酬激励的概念和高职院校教师薪酬激励的必要性,通过对三种薪酬激励模式进行的客观详实分析,归纳总结出各模式的利弊及在高职院校的适用性。
It is crucial to stimulate teachers' interest and creativity in work and promote the institution to develop in a healthy way by constructing the salary incentive pattern scientifically in higher vocational colleges. The paper theoretically briefs the salary, salary incentive and the necessity of salary incentive to teachers in higher vocational colleges. Through objective and detailed analysis of the three salary incentive patterns, the paper concludes the advantages and disadvantages of every pattern and their applicability in colleges.
