摘要
依据JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表达》的原理和方法,分析了饮料中山梨酸的不确定度与影响不确定度的因素;计算出饮料中山梨酸测定值的相对扩展不确定度,HPLC测定饮料中山梨酸的相对扩展不确定度为2%。
Accordng to the method and principle of JJF1059 - 1999 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty of Measurement , the uncertainty of sorbic acid in beverage and factors that effect the uncertainty are analysed ; and the relative expanded uncertainty of measurement of sobic acid in beverage is calculated , the result is 2%.
