摘要
为研究准分子激光角膜切削术(PRK)围手术期的眼压变化规律、变化原因和皮质类固醇对眼压的影响,应用非接触式眼压计(NCT)在PRK术前、术后3天、6天、10天及1月时对高度近视组(47只眼)和中低度近视组(34只眼)分别进行眼压测量。结果:平均眼压在术后6天内呈下降趋势,高度近视组下降了1.16kPa,中低度近视组下降了0.87kPa,术后6天至术后1月呈上升趋势,高度近视组上升了0.40kPa。中低度近视组上升了0.29kPa。结论:围手术期眼压有波动过程,术后角膜表面变平、角膜水肿和皮质类固醇的应用参与影响眼压的变化。判断皮质类固醇对眼压的影响需根据术后眼压的变化量及术前眼压。
o investigate the effectiveness of corticosteriod,regularity and cause of intraocular pressure(IOP) change in the stage around photorefractive keratectomy(PRK).Methods To divide the myopic patients into two groups according to dioptors:high myopia group(>60D)47 eyes,moderate & low myopia group(≤60D)34 eyes.IOP was measured with noncontact tonometer(NCT) before operation,at 3,6,10 days and 1 month after operation.Results Average IOP shows a tendency to drop within 6 days after operation,High myopia group dropped 116kPa,moderate & low myopia group dropped 087kPa;Average IOP shows a tendency to increase from 6days to 1 month after operation.There is 040kPa variable in high myopia group and 029kPa in the other group.Conclusion There is fluctuation of IOP in the stage around PRK,which may be caused by flattening of cornea,swelling of cornea and application of corticosteriod.The effectiveness of corticosteriod should be evaluated according to the value of IOP before operation and the variable of IOP after operation.It is necessary to observe IOP of high myopia closely.
