摘要
用原产我国野生葡萄5种11个株系和9个欧洲葡萄品种杂交,组合成抗病×抗病和抗病×感病两类,获F_1代杂种1238株,采用田间自然鉴定的方法研究了亲本抗黑痘病及其在F_1代的遗传表现。结果表明,中国葡萄属野生种抗黑痘病在F_1代表现为极强的显性遗传特性。
Based on the level of parent resistance to grape anthracnose (Spheceloma ampelinum de Bary),cross combinations of two categories,Resistant×Resistant and Resistant×Susceptible were made with 11 plant lines of 5 wild Vitis L.species native to China and 9 European grape cultivars. From them 1238 F1 hybrids were obtained. The resistances to anthracnose of parents and their hy-brids were evaluated by natural infection in field conditions. The results showed that the inheri-tance of the resistance to grape anthracnos in F1 hybrids displaied dominant heredity. The authors suggested that China should be the gene centers of grape as sources of the disease-resistance .
