摘要
英语口语表达能力是英语学习成果反馈的重要标志。本文力求探讨在当前的大学公共英语精读教学中,如何能够兼顾对学生口语能力的培养,以达到社会对大学毕业生英语口语表达能力的要求。作者建议,在常规的大学英语课堂教学中,教师应发挥主导作用,设计有目的、有计划的口语教学活动,对学生加以学习方法等方面的辅导,从而逐步提高学生的口语水平。
Speaking capability reflects one's English learning progress. This essay attempts to explore how to conduct speaking capability training in present college English class, which mainly focuses on intensive reading, to meet the requirement of the society. The author suggests that teachers, the guide of the students' language learning, should design some appropriate speaking activities and offer some guidance of learning methods in the intensive reading class, to improve the speaking capability of the students.
