喷嘴入射角对水煤浆气化炉内冷态流场影响的数值模拟 被引量:3

摘要 为了考察气化炉炉侧喷嘴入射角对炉内流场分布、压力分布和颗粒浓度分布的影响,应用数值模拟的方法,采用Fluent软件对600 kg/h的新型水煤浆气化炉炉内三维流场进行了冷态数值模拟.模拟结果表明:炉侧喷嘴入射角为45°,气化炉炉内流场分布最合理,压力分布和颗粒浓度分布最均匀.分析结果为气化炉的设计和运行提供了参考. In order to examine the effect of different inlet angle and height of furnace side nozzle upon the distribution of flow field, pressure and particle concentration, the 3-D flow field in a new type CWS gasifier with 600kg/h output at cold state was analyzed using numerical simulation method. The optimization distribution was observed with the inlet angle is 45 and height is 0.9m far from the furnace top, which can be seen as a guidance for designing and operating of this type gasifier.
