摘要
针对当前网上答疑系统存在的一些问题,提出了一种基于自组织理论的自组织网上答疑系统的设计方法,阐述了系统的理论基础、系统功能和特征,给出了系统设计流程及具体的设计过程.经实际应用表明,系统具有较好的答疑效果和较高的答疑质量.
