摘要
随着航空业的迅速发展,天津滨海机场的进出港航班量不断增加,传统的卫生检疫模式已经不能适应新形势的需要,因此创新航空器卫生检疫监管模式,运用信息化手段对进出境航空器进行有效监管,同时加快航空器及旅客通关速度成为必然趋势。此文通过论述天津口岸航空器信息化管理系统在卫生检疫工作实践中的应用,提出了空港口岸航空器卫生检疫管理的新手段。
With the rapid development of aviation industry, the number of flight in/out of Tianjin Binhai airport is increasing, the traditional pattern of health and quarantine is not suitable for the new situation. So it is the trend that to innovate the supervision pattern of aircraft health and quarantine, supervise entry-exit aircraft by means of infomationization and accelerate the customs declaration of aircraft and customers. By discussing the application of information management system of Tianjin airport aircraft health and quarantine, this paper puts forwards the new method of airport health and quarantine management.
