摘要
研究证明昆虫病原线虫CZ—88(Steinernema sp.)侵染桃小食心虫的适宜温度为25~30℃,土壤含水量为10%~20%。线虫用量每666.7m^21亿条,1个月以内对桃小幼虫可保持很高的致死效果。线虫对常用农药及化肥等有较强的抗性。在苹果园利用此线虫防治桃小食心虫越冬出土幼虫优于常规农药。
The effectiveness of the entomopathogenic nematode CZ-88 Steinernema sp. for control of peach fruit-moth (Carposina nipponensis) was studied in Zhengzhou. The favorable temperature and soil humidity for nematodes infectivity against peach fruit-moth were 25-30°C and 10%-20%. When nematodes were applied to apple orchards at a rate of 100 millions ?666. 7m 2,the ef-fect could maintain for one month. The nematodes was found to be resistant to 10 of the 12 agricul-tural chemicals. Nematodes provided better control of peach fruit-moth in apple orchards than tra-ditionally used insecticides.
