探讨工程工期、成本和资源均衡的多目标优化模型,建立多目标规划模型,利用网络计划软件和目标规划计算软件,对网络进行优化,从而使工程网络计划达到总体最优。通过工程实例对建立的多目标优化模型进行验证,并绘制出优化前和优化后的双代号时标网络图,以说明该模型的优越性和可行性。

This article discusses project duration, cost and resource balance of multi- objective optimization model, and builds multi - goal optimization model, then uses network plan software and programming software to make network plan optimum. This paper verifies multi - objective optimization model through a project as example, and draws two - time scale code network figure that before optimization and after optimization, and shows the superiority and feasibility of the model.
