社会保障制度是当今世界上众多国家都在实施的一项社会政策,也是一个国家经济法律制度和法律的重要组成部分。社会保障基金是社会保障制度得以正常运行的基本保证,关系着社会保障目标的实现以及公民的切身利益和国家的稳定,社会发展的大局。本文就自己对社会保障基金的管理提出了自己的一些思考。
