摘要
介绍国内外废旧沥青混凝土的再生利用情况,针对我国道路特点进行分析并选取了平顶山市某条需改建的道路,将其产生的旧沥青混凝土回收利用。通过破碎、筛分旧路材料以及对旧沥青的抽提试验,测得旧沥青的针入度、软化点以及延度等指标,进行室内实验分析,提出了再生沥青混凝土的配合比设计方法,并对其进行高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性等路用性能的实验验证。
This paper introduced the situation of old bituminous concrete recycling home and abroad. Based on analysis of the characteristics of the mad in China, we select certain mad need to be repaired in Pingdingshan as an experiment to recycle the old asphalt concrete.Through breaking it, screening of the old asphalt materials, the extraction experiment to measure the penetration the old asphalt,softening point, as well as indicators such as the extension of time for the indoor experimental analysis, we put forward a design method of the mixed proportion of the recycled bituminous concrete was investigated. And its high temperature stability, low temperature cracking resistance and water stability,etc., pavement performance of the experimental verification was made.
