Aalysis on False Positive on HIV Antibody Test

〔目的〕分析1份HIV抗体假阳性报告产生的原因,防止同类假阳性结果的发生。〔方法〕从检验前、检验中、检验后各个环节分析产生假阳性的原因。〔结果〕假阳性可能由于标本准备过程中的污染所致。〔结论〕对HIV抗体筛查检测阳性标本,在条件允许时,建议采集第2份标本后再进行确证试验。对HIV抗体检测须全过程控制,任何一个环节都不能忽视。

Objective To analyze the reasons of the false positive, and to avoid it happening again. Method The causes of false positive were analyzed from pre-test to test and post-test. Result The samples have been infected during the period of preparation. Conclusion To the screening positive sample, we suggest the second specimen should be collected for confirming test. And it is necessary to control the every process during the HIV antibody test.
