摘要
嘉兴港自1986年乍浦港区开发以来,受政策导向与资金限制,在实践中依靠自身条件优势,创新港口发展模式。在新一轮长三角港口群建设中,嘉兴港作为浙江沿海港口群落的"桥头堡",迎来了新的发展契机。通过对嘉兴港自身条件的优劣势分析,提出要实现嘉兴港的大发展,还需在发展模式、管理体制、经营机制、人才引进以及市场环境培育等方面做出相应的改进工作。
Since 1986, based on one of its harbor area - Zhapu＇ s development, port - Jiaxin has depended on its own advantages, innovated new modes for developing. In the new round of ports construction in Yangtze delta, Jiaxin , acting on the front of refonn, facing a new opportunity of development. On the basic of analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the port, This paper indicates that if we want to meet the goal of great development, the development mode, management system, running system, high- quality personnel inviting and market cultivating should be improved correspondingly
