摘要
目的:探讨联合检测血清CA153和CEA对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法:采用电化学发光法分别检测乳腺癌、乳腺良性疾病患者、正常对照者血清CA153和CEA的水平。结果:乳腺癌患者血清CA153和CEA水平均显著高于正常对照组和良性乳腺疾病组;乳腺癌患者伴有淋巴结转移组血清CA153水平与无淋巴结转移组相比无统计学差异,但CEA水平明显升高;Ⅲ、Ⅳ期乳腺癌患者血清CA153和CEA水平均显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者;乳腺癌患者术后血清CA153、CEA的水平明显下降。CA153和CEA单独检测乳腺癌的敏感度分别为59.7%、32.8%,特异度为95.0%、98.3%。两者联合检测乳腺癌的敏感度为77.6%、特异度为93.3%,两项联合检测与单独检测相比敏感度明显提高。结论:血清CA153、CEA联合检测有助于乳腺癌的早期诊断以及复发、转移的判断。
Objective: To study the value of combined assay of carbohydrate antigen (CA153),carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods: Serum levels of CA153 and CEA from breast cancer and benign breast disease patients were detected by electro-chemical luminescence method. Results: The levels of serum CA153 and CEA in the breast cancer group were higher than those in the benign breast disease group and healthy group.There was no significant difference in the levels of CA153 and CEA between the healthy group and the benign breast disease group. The levels of serum CA153 and CEA in the breast cancer of Ⅲ and Ⅳ stages were higher than those in the breast cancer of Ⅰ and Ⅱ stages. After operation ,the levels of CA153 and CEA in the breast cancer group were greatly decreased (P〈0.01).The sensitivity of CA153 and CEA in the breast cancer group was 59.7% and 32.8%,respectively,the specificity was 95.0% and 98.3%.In the combined analysis of CA153 and CEA,the sensitivity rate was 77.6% and the specificity was 93.3%. Conclusions: The combined determination of serum CA153 and CEA can increase the diagnosis rate of breast cancer and can be used for prediction of metastasis and relapse of breast cancer in patients with breast cancer.
