建立与国际化矿业公司相适应的财务管理体系

国际矿业开发竞争的加剧要求中国矿业公司尽快建立一套适应国际化经营要求、财务资源配置优化和企业风险有效管理和资金高效流动的财务管理体系。与国际大矿业集团相比,我国矿业企业集团的财务管理体系比较落后从分析中国矿业企业集团财务管理的现状入手,在借鉴国际化矿业集团财务管理的成功经验的基础上,对建立与国际化矿业公司相适应的财务管理体系的必要性和可行性进行了论证,并对建立与国际化矿业公司相适应的财务管理体系进行了有益的探索,提出了一些具体的工作思路,可对不断融入全球经济一体化的中国矿业企业有一定的参考意义。

Mineral development of international competition requires China＇s mining enterprise to set up a efficient financial management system, which can adapt to the requirements of international operations, optimize the allocation of financial resources, effective enterprise risk management and capital flows frequently. Compared with the international mining group, China＇s mining enterprise groups with the financial management system drops behind. In this paper, starting with the analysing of the financial management of mining enterprise groups, learning the international mining group＇s successful experience in financial management, the necessity and feasibility of establishing the international mining companion＇s financial management system were demonstrated. Finally, a number of specific ideas were put forward in response to these issues, and which will continue to believe that integration into the global economy of the Chinese mining enterprises have certain significance.
