摘要
现有技术规范规定碾压混凝土一般采用二、三级配,最大粒径为40~80mm,目前国际国内对四级配碾压混凝土的研究和应用几乎是空白。本文以乌江沙沱水电站工程为研究背景,在国内首次系统地全面地开展了四级配碾压混凝土配合比、性能及施工工艺试验研究。通过原材料选择、配合比设计、施工工艺调整,克服了四级配碾压混凝土设计和施工可能存在的缺点和困难,使四级配碾压混凝土在筑坝技术中成为现实,对推动筑坝技术的进步具有重大的技术经济效益和广阔的应用前景,填补了在四级配碾压混凝土研究领域中的空白。
Specified criterion now available set that RCC generally adopt degree 2 or 3 of gradation, the maximum grain size is from 40 to 80 mm. At present, the study and application on RCC with degree 4 of gradation is almost vacant in home and abroad. Making Shatuo Hydropower Station as the study underground, the article at first carried out the mix proportion, behavior, and test study of construction process of RCC with degree 4 of gradation systemat- ically and fully. By materials selection, mix proportion design and construction process adjustment, the shortages and difficulties in design and construction of RCC with degree 4 of gradation were surmounted. The RCC with de- gree 4 of gradation was successfully put to use in building dam. It has great technologic and economic benefit, widely application foreground. It filled in the vacancy of the study field of RCC with degree 4 of gradation.
