摘要 设计了一种基于DSP的高性能脉冲单选器.重点介绍了系统的设计方案、工作原理、参数设计和特性曲线分析.该器件由光检测放大电路、脉冲峰值采样保持电路、反馈控制电路、强度调制器驱动电路和强度调制器以及DSP处理器等组成.该器件可以在外部调制信号的调制下,从脉冲激光器的输出脉冲序列中选出一个单脉冲.并实现输出消光比≥30 dB,插入损耗≤7 dB. A new high speed single pulse selector is designed based on DSP. The design method, operation principle, parameter set and analysis of characteristic curve are introduced. This new device is composed by DSP, intensity modulator, intensity modulator drive circuit, high speed amplifier, AGC circuit, light detect and amplify circuit, the circuit of pulse detect and reserve, and so on. Controlled by a controlling signal, the module can select single pulse from the pulses range. It also has a high extinction rate (≥30dB) and low insertion loss(≤7dB).
