摘要
在毛细管电泳仪空间校正时,毛细管阵列即使发生较小的倾斜都会引起毛细管阵列空间定位错误,为使这种倾斜角度可控,基于回归分析法,提出了毛细管阵列成像倾斜角度求解方法,着重介绍了该方法的原理和计算过程.通过分析一个实验实例,证明该方法可行,可以为毛细管阵列的安装和检验提供指导.
The error of the space orientation is caused by the less line of capillary array on space proofreading of capillary electrophoresis instrument. According to the regression analysis, the computing method for the angle of line with imaging of capillary array fluorescence spectrum are given, the principle and computing course are introduced. The experiments approve that the new method is feasible.
