摘要
以第29届北京奥运会为例,介绍了奥林匹克标志产品的知识产权保护,国际奥委会对奥林匹克标志享有独占权,并阐述了侵犯奥林匹克标志产品的知识产权的形式及法律救济。
Based on the 29th Beijing Olympic Games, this essay elaborates the intellectual property right protection on products with Olympic Marks. It＇s well accepted that the International Olympic Committee enjoys the exclusive right of Olympic Marks. Then the infringement of the intellectual property right of products with Olympic Mark and its remedies are discussed.
