摘要
本文通过矿业城市乌海市经济发展和产业结构调整的实践,全面剖析了矿业城市提升产业层次与实现节能减排问题,进而提出了以技术创新为支撑、以园区和环保工程建设为平台、以系列的优惠政策为纽带、以调整产业结构和节能为目标的矿业城市节能减排问题。
This paper, based on a case study of a typical industrial city Wuhai, studies that economic development and industrial structure adjustment, analyzes how to improve the industrial hiberarchy and to save energy and diminish discharge, and presents an approach to saving energy and diminishing discharge in industrial cities based on technical renovation, environmental protection, favorable policies, and industrial structure adjustment.
