乌体林斯对妊娠晚期隐性梅毒血清固定患者外周血T淋巴细胞的影响

Utilint's on cellular immunity in peripheral blood of late latent syphilis pegnant patients with sero-resistance of TRUST

目的研究妊娠晚期隐性梅毒血清学固定患者细胞免疫功能的变化及乌体林斯治疗对其的影响。方法应用流式细胞仪检测妊娠晚期隐性梅毒TRUST血清学固定组(24例)、乌体林斯治疗妊娠晚期隐性梅毒TRUST血清学固定组(24例)及正常对照组外周血淋巴细胞亚群(16例),比较检测结果。结果血清固定对照组外周血T细胞亚群与正常对照组比较,CD3+细胞比例略低(P>0.05),CD4+细胞明显降低(P<0.05),CD8+细胞比例略高(P>0.05),CD4+/CD8+比值降低(P<0.05),B细胞比例略低(P>0.05),NK细胞则明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗组外周血T细胞亚群与血清固定对照组比较,CD3+、CD8+细胞比例略低(P>0.05),CD4+细胞比例明显升高(P<0.05),B细胞比例略高(P>0.05),CD4+/CD8+比值略高(P>0.05),NK细胞明显升高(P<0.05)。结论细胞免疫功能抑制和不平衡可能是妊娠晚期隐性梅毒血清固定的原因,乌体林斯治疗可改善妊娠晚期隐性梅毒血清固定患者的细胞免疫功能抑制和不平衡现象。

Objective To observe the effects of Utilint＇s on lymphocyte subsets in perpheral blood of late latent syphilis（PLLS） pregnant patients with sero-resistance of TRUST. Methods Lymphocyte subsets and NK cell were measured by flow cytometry（FCM） in peripheral blood of 24 Patients of PLLS with sero-resistance ,24 Patients by Utihnt＇s treatment of PLLS with sew-resistance and 16 healthy women were observed. Results In Peripheral Blood the sero-resistance control group, the ratio of CD3^＋ was lower than the healthy contol group ,the CD3^＋ and B lymphocyte subsets were lower（ P 〉 0. 05 ）, CD8^＋ was higher（ P 〉 0. 05 ）, but CD4^＋ , NK lymphocyte subsets and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ were significantly lower （ P 〈 0.01 ）. In Peripheral Blood the treament group, and the sero-resistance control group ,the CD3^＋ ,CD8^＋ lymphocyte subsets were lower（P 〉 0. 05 ）,while the CD4^＋ was significantly higher（ P 〈 0. 01 ）, B lymphocyte subsets and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ was higher（ P 〉 0. 05 ）,NK lymphocyte subsets was significantly higher（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The results suggest that the imblance and suppression of cellular immunity could induce sero-resistance of TRUST on patients of PLLS, and Utilint＇s mught improve the imbalance.
