摘要
为了应对突发雷电事件和解决非固定地点的雷电预警,提出基于应急气象车载系统的雷电预警系统概念。在现有雷电预警系统的基础上,以移动气象站为平台建设车载移动雷电预警系统,以可移动式多普勒天气雷达、便携式大气电场仪、车载闪电定位仪等为监测手段,并与气象及其他资料共享,通过数据融合,现场提供雷电预报。
The concept of a lightning early warning system based on vehicle emergency weather service system is proposed to make special services lightning detection and warning in non - fixed location and emergency situation . On -board mobile lightning warning system is established on the weather station to the mobile platform and based on the existing warning system, by the methods of Doppler weather radar, atmospheric electric field portable device, such as on -board lightning positioning and the weather information sharing, data integration, on -site to provide lightning forecast.
