摘要
Hilbert-Huang变换是用经验模式分解方法(EMD)将信号分解为有限个固有模态函数(IMF),然后再利用H ilbert变换获得时频分布特征的分析方法.介绍了该方法的基本原理,并将Hilbert-Huang变换应用于齿轮箱的故障诊断中,对IMF分量进行边际谱分析,并判断齿轮的故障.研究结果表明,Hilbert-Huang变换是一种有效的齿轮箱故障诊断方法.
Hilbert - Huang transform is an analytical method that can separate the analyzed signals into several Intrinsic Mode Functions (IMFs) by the Empiriea] Mode Decomposition (EMD), and then time - frequen- cy distribution was obtained by using the Hilbert transform. Principle of the method was introduced and ap- plied in the fault diagnosis of gearbox. The margin spectrum that obtained from Intrinsic Mode Functions was analyzed and the fault was confirmed. The result shows that Hilbert -Huang transform is an effective method for fault diagnosis of gearbox.
