摘要 为了说明等距型面的数控磨削原理,推导等距曲线的方程和成立条件并阐述等距曲线的形成过程,进而指出等距型面的成形运动包括工件转动、协调运动(两个互相垂直方向上谐波运动的合成)以及进给运动,磨削等距型面要求机床必须实现三坐标两联动.使用曲柄机构代替滚珠丝杠副,与PLC控制系统结合,能够实现工件转动和协调运动的内联系传动,解决等距型面的磨削技术难题,也为研究复杂曲面磨削技术提供了有效方法. In order to explain NC grinding principle of Isometric Polygonal Profile (IPP), the paper deduces the equation of Isometric Polygonal Curve (IPC) and tenable conditions above all. The forming course of IPC is expatiated moreover. The surface formative motions of IPP are mostly the rotation of the parts and corre- sponding motion ( that is the motion composed by a couple of harmonic motions on upright directions each other) as well as feed motion. The grind IPP requires that machine tools must be two axes linkage between three coordinates. If the ball lead -screw pair in NC machine tools servo system is replaced by brace mechanics, the motion relationship between the part rotation and the correspond motion can be realized via the linkage of two axes by PLC control systems. So that not only the technical problem of grinding IPP is solved but the efficient method of grinding non - round profile is provided as well.
