Determination of Icariin in Huxin Capsule With HPLC Method

目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定护心胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用Hypersil ODS2色谱柱,以乙腈-水(25∶75)为流动相,流速为1mL/min;柱温为室温;检测波长为270nm。结果:淫羊藿苷在16-160μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为98.15%(n=6),RSD%为1.66%。结论:本方法操作简便,专属性强,准确度高,重现性好,便于制剂生产的质量控制。

Objective： To establish HPLC method for determination of icariin in Huxin capsule. Methods： The chromatographic conditions consisted of Hypersil ODS2 chromato bar with acetonitrile-water（25：75） as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1 mL/min, the column temperature was room temperature; the determination wavelength was 270 nm. Results： Icariin showed a linear relationship at the range of 16-160μg/mL. the average recovery was 98.15%（n=6）, RSD%=l.66%. Conclusion： The method was simple, with strong specificity, high accuracy and good reproducibility, fitting for its quality control.
