摘要 目的:建立用反相-高效液相色谱法测定咳嗽枇杷颗粒中甘草酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用Hypersil ODS2色谱柱,以甲醇-0.2mol/L乙酸铵-冰乙酸(63∶37∶1)为流动相,流速为1mL/min;柱温为室温;检测波长为250nm。结果:甘草酸在1.234-3.702mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为102.88%(n=6),RSD%为1.11%。结论:本方法操作简便,专属性强,准确度高,重现性好,便于生产过程中制剂的质量控制。 Objective: To establish RP-HPLC method for determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Kesou-Pipa granules. Methods: The chromatographic conditions consisted of Hypersil ODS2 chromato bar with methanol-0.2mol/L ammonium acetateglacial acetic acid(63:37:1) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1 mL/min, the column temperature was room temperature; the determination wavelength was 250 nm. Results: Glycyrrhizic acid showed a linear relationship at the range of 1.234-3.702 mg/mL. the average recovery was 102.88%(n=6), RSD%=1.11%. Conclusion: The method was simple, with strong specificity, high accuracy and good reproducibility, fitting for its quality control.
