摘要
目的:通过动物试验对刺壳花椒提取物进行药效学研究。方法:将实验动物分为6组:模型对照组、阿司匹林组、大叶花椒提取物组、刺壳花椒高、中、低剂量组,观察各组实验动物相关指标的变化。结果:刺壳花椒提取物高、中、低3个剂量组(384、192、96g/kg)对巴豆油所致小鼠耳廓肿胀有明显的抑制作用,能显著降低醋酸致痛小鼠扭体的次数;刺壳花椒提取物高、中两个剂量组(384、192g/kg)能明显抑制角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足跖致炎后的2.0、3.0、4.0、5.0、6.0h肿胀,低剂量组(96g/kg)能明显抑制角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足跖致炎后的3.0、4.0、5.0、6.0h肿胀;刺壳花椒提取物高、中两个剂量组(384、192g/kg)能明显提高热刺激小鼠给药后30、60、90min的痛阈值,低剂量组(96g/kg)能明显提高热刺激小鼠给药后60、90min的痛阈值。结论:刺壳花椒提取物具有明显的消炎、镇痛作用。
Objective: To study the pharmacodynamics of the extract of pinyfruit pricklyash by animal experiment. Methods: All animals were divided into six goups, model control group, aspirin group, the extract of shellfish pricklyash fruit group, and high, middle, low dosage group of the extract of pinyfruit pricklyash; observing the change of various targets in all groups. Results: high, middle, low dosage group of the extract of pinyfruit pricklyash(384, 192, 96 g/kg) had a obvious inhibitory action to the swelling of auricle in rats caused by croton oil, and decreased stretching times of rats caused by acetic acid; the high and middle dosage group could inhibit the swelling of voix pedis in rats caused by carrageenan at 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0,6.0 hours, so did low dosage group at 3.0, 4.0, 5.0,6.0 hours; in addition, the high and middle dosage group could increase the pain threshold of rats after administration 30, 60, 90 min, so did the low dosage group at 60, 90 min. Conclusion: The extract of pinyfruit pricklyash has obvious eliminating Inflammation and analgesic effect.
