利用大豆酸化油合成生物柴油的工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用大豆酸化油在催化剂浓硫酸的作用下与甲醇发生酯化反应制备脂肪酸甲酯(生物柴油),研究了醇油摩尔比,催化剂质量分数,反应时间,反应温度等对产物收率的影响。通过正交试验得到最佳反应条件:醇油摩尔比16∶1,催化剂质量分数2%,反应时间8 h,反应温度70℃。在最佳条件下,酸化油酸值由128降至5.6,酯化率达到95.6%,生物柴油的收率为68.0%。 Biodiesel was prepared by esterification of acidified soybean oil with methanol, using H2SO4 as catalyst. The effects of methanol/oil mole ratio, catalyst dosage, reaction time, and temperature on the yield were studied. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained by ortbogonal experiment: methanol/oil mole ratio 16: 1, catalyst dosage 2%, reaction time 8 h, reaction temperature 70℃ Under the optimum conditions, the acid value of biodiesel was decreased from 128 to 5.6, esterification rate reached 95.6%, and the yield rate of biodiesel was 68.0%.
