政府如何促进职业教育集团化办学的协调持续发展

How the Government Facilitates the Sustainable and Coordinative Development of Vocational Education Groups

职业教育集团化办学需要政府大力推动,包括鼓励行业企业投入职业教育集团化办学;通过经费杠杆和建立专门委员会来协调职业教育集团内部的各方利益;通过专项奖励和立法保障来增进职业教育集团化办学的吸引力。对我国而言,政府在促进职业教育集团化办学中需要合理定位,调控得当;使用多元杠杆,齐头并进;注重配套,持续推进。

It includes that encouraging industries to involve in vocational education, Coordinating the benefits of different members in a group by funding policy and committee, increasing the fascination of groups by some incentive, laws and regulations. In China, our government should play a right role in facilitating vocational education groups and use multi-methods, effective measurements and coordination policies to put forward the sustainable development of vocational education groups.
